On this project, I was contracted to model the existing conditions of both the interior and exterior of this home and provide a design for a new covered deck on the rear. The goal was to extend their current main level to the outdoors and maximize views of their property -- all while adding square footage to livable space and program. The project required redesign of the existing roof, as well as modifications in the backyard.
The construction documents were completed in Revit.
