This property along Douglas Lake is currently home to a restaurant and multiple residential buildings but was in desperate need of a facelift. The owner was inspired by mid-century modern design and a tropical color palette. In addition to refreshing the existing buildings, a new outdoor patio overlooking the lake provides space for a permanent food truck was developed.
My role on this project included documenting the existing conditions of the property and designing key perspectives with the intention to secure financing. This project was modeled in Revit and rendered with Enscape.
